Realisation from reservations
- When you make a reservation for a product or tour through the website, you accept the practices of our Privacy Policy. You warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that you have the authority to use this website and to book the tour.
- You warrant that the information you provide is truthful and accurate. You agree to use the booking functionality of this website solely for the purpose of making legitimate bookings for yourself or for other persons on behalf of whom you are legally authorised to act. Any fraudulent or false booking is prohibited and Valencia&Go may terminate the account of any user who attempts to make such a booking.
- Valencia&Go does not provide or own transportation services, accommodation, tours, excursions or travel experiences of any other type not detailed on the website. Although Valencia&Go provides information on travel experiences offered by third party providers and facilitates bookings for them, these options do not imply, suggest or constitute in any way Valencia&Go's sponsorship or endorsement of such third party providers or any affiliation whatsoever.
- You agree that Valencia&Go is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the information it obtains from third party providers and displays on its Website.
- All prices of the products shown on the website include VAT and any other taxes that may apply.
Media from payment
Accepted means of payment are: bank card or paypal.
The payment process is carried out through the REDSYS platform. Valencia&Go does not store any bank details in the checkout process.
The payment process has the highest security measures and works on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted using 128-bit algorithms, which ensure that it is only intelligible to the Customer's computer and that of the payment Website. In this way, by using the SSL protocol, it is guaranteed that the data is transmitted encrypted, preventing it from being read or manipulated by third parties.
The Customer undertakes to pay at the time of booking and confirms the reservation.
The receipt or proof of purchase corresponding to the booking order will be sent immediately after confirmation of the order.
The Customer shall notify Valencia&Go any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for the purchases, by email or telephone, as soon as possible so that we can take the appropriate steps.
Formalisation and cancellation from shopping
Once the order has been formalised, i.e. with the acceptance of the General Conditions of Purchase and confirmation of the purchase process, we will always send an email to the customer confirming the details of the purchase made.
Valencia&Go will accept cancellations of orders under the conditions set out below. To place an order cancellation you must apply by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
It should be noted that:
- Bookings for walking tours, excursions and experiences can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours in advance.
- With less than 24 hours notice we do not accept changes or cancellations (with the exception of force majeure causes such as: cruises that cannot dock, cancelled flights or incapacitating illness with a medical certificate from the same day of the excursion).
- We are not responsible if you do not arrive on time at the meeting point, and we will not reimburse any amounts paid.
- The tours and excursions have a minimum number of participants of 6 people, if we do not reach the minimum we will offer another day for the activity or we will proceed to reimburse it.
- Exceptions: for the Cave Paintings and Gymkhana activities only, the minimum number of people required to carry out the activity will be 6. For the excursion to Tabarca Island, the minimum number of participants is 8. In the bike tour the minimum is 5 people.
- All products booked and paid for may be subject to change due to force majeure (bad weather, overbooking...), provided that the cancellation is produced by Valencia&Go, the client will receive the full amount.
Valencia&Go shall not be liable for any errors caused in the collection of the customer when the email address, telephone or collection address entered by the Customer in the booking form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.
The Customer must check that all the purchase details are correct, once the purchase has been confirmed. If you find any errors, you must notify us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections. Valencia&Go shall not be liable for errors made by the customer in selecting the desired product and date.
Consequently, the customer shall only be entitled to claim for imperfections when he has fulfilled his obligations of examination and complaint of errors, provided that he exercises his action within 24 hours after the confirmation of the purchase, and always at least 24 hours before the date confirmed on the faulty product. Once this period has elapsed, the customer shall lose any right to claim and the product shall be deemed to have been received in full conformity.
For reservations under budget/groups:
- Up to 7 days before: changes, cancellations or modifications can be made free of charge.
- After 7 days and up to 48 hours before: they have the right to reserve the credit for one year.
- After 48 hrs: no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
For the travel a the snow from Valencia
- The minimum number of participants for these trips is 25 people, who can come from different reservations. If you are a smaller group, please ask for information so that we can evaluate the trip.
- The rooms in the hotel are triple rooms shared with whomever you wish, in case you arrive alone you will be assigned randomly.
- In January season the departure is to Valdelinares (nearest slopes), although Javalambre (with the same hotel, very close) can also be requested. But we can organise trips all over the Aragonese Pyrenees, do not hesitate to contact us to organise it (prices may vary).
Complaints
If the customer considers that their rights as a consumer are being violated or are not being met, they can file a complaint with the Consumer Office in their geographical area.
Other questions
Please consult if you are travelling with children under 7 years old or with a height of less than 1.35 m. Under Spanish law, in bus no child seat is required. At tourism or van, is required. The CRS will be available whenever we go by van. If you need a child seat, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange it.
